“what type of base/feet does this have? Are the adjustable feet removable? can wheels, adjustable base screws be removed to get more height? Our clearance is minimal”

Yes, but why, with them screwed in, it fits under the counter top perfectly.

Hi St Paddy, Thank you for your submission. In researching model FFBD2406NB, we were able to identify the base feet are flat adjustable feet and they cannot be removed. Please see installation.
