Hello Jenn! Based off the information you have provided, we would recommend performing a reset on the dishwasher and you can do that by disconnecting the power from it for at least 30 seconds. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are some YouTube videos that show exactly how to remove arm, screen and get to the inner workings. Try that first. Mine was full of debris and a piece of plastic that ruined the pump (after 12 years).
