Q: QuestionDoes the stainless steel finish show or hide fingerprints?

• A:Answer The refrigerator does show fingerprints. They are not as pronounced as with some of our other stainless steel appliances but can certainly be seen. It is easy to clean with a damp cloth which is better than most other appliances we have.

Q: QuestionI just got model FFSS2615TS and it seems to be making ice very slow and the water comes out slow too and even sputters. Is it because it is new? Also, what is an ideal frezzer temp for this model? Thanks in advance

• A:Answer Hi, Vero0313! Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your dispenser. Please check your water pressure. You will need to prime the water supply after installing the water filter by filling a glass of water continuously flushing the system for about four minutes. Any spurts and sputters that occur as the system purges air out of the dispenser system are normal. • A:Answer Hello, Tony630! When connecting your water supply, you want to have access to a cold water line with pressure of 30-100 psi. You will also need copper tubing with ¼-inch (6.4mm) OD, the length for this tubing is the distance from the rear of the refrigerator to your household water supply line plus 7 feet (2.1 meters), a shut-off valve for the connection between your household water line and the refrigerator supply line; do not use a self-piercing shut-off valve and a compression nut and ferrule (sleeve) for the water supply connection at the rear of your refrigerator. Q: QuestionHow is a water line connected to this fridge? Does it use a compression connection onto a plastic tube going to fridge? I have flexible copper pipe run to my current fridge connected to the fridges plastic tubing using a compression connection.

Q: QuestionIs the water chilled or room temperature?

• A:Answer Betty1947, most refrigerators today are designed slightly different internally than they were years ago. The first few glasses may not be very cool in temperature considering the water lines typically run through the bottom of your appliance and then up through the door. These lines, being at the bottom and even around such components as your condenser, will cause the water to warm slightly. You will typically see a decrease in the water temperature once you have dispensed a few glasses; however the coolness may only last for a few glasses as the water reservoirs on refrigerators today are not as big as they once were. Water that sits in the water tubes will be warm, but you usually see an ice dispenser next to your water dispenser to ensure you receive a cooler glass of water. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

Q: QuestionWe purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator FFSS2615TP last week. When we get ice or water, we do not seem to have the green or red lights that are to come on....are those supposed to work on this model?

• A:Answer Their are 2 vents on left side of refridge the main air vent which blows the main air is left corner in back and there is Another vent on left side on bottom where 2nd drawer from bottom which would be good for meat or vegies But all 3 drawers stay cold and there is no other controls except for temperature control for Refridge and freezer
