QuestionIs setup included? also is disposal of old over included?

- Answer Delivery charge was 29.99 for my range. This included bringing the range into the kitchen. The service removed my old range from my house at my request as part of the 29.99. The service did not include connecting to the gas service or connecting to the electrical service. The range does not come with the required flexible gas conduit. The conduit is available in the store for an additional fee.

QuestionCapacity and Broiler locationFridigaire.com says broiler located in the oven and bottom drawer is a storage drawer. Also they show oven capacity at 5.0 whereas BestBuy specifications lists broiler located in the drawer (although it also says storage drawer!) and capactiy 4.2 - which is correct? I would buy this oven right now if I could be guaranteed the broiler is indeed located in the oven.

- Answer The capapcity is 5.0 cu ft and the broiler is in the main oven cavity. I will be sure that the appropriate changes get posted to bestbuy.com. Thank You, Frigidaire

- Answer Yes, this model should have a broiler pan. You may wish to contact the Retailer you purchased from for replacement of this item.

QuestionDo the steel grates slide around on this model?I just purchased a Frigidaire range and the grates are painted black on it. I'm going to return it because the grates slide around A LOT without much effort and that's pretty dangerous with hot pans and food. I'm wondering if the grates on this one are heavier duty and if the grooves that they sit in are deep enough for them not to slide around.

- Answer I'm not sure which model range that you have currently, but this model features very heavy cast iron grates (we are updating the Best Buy website to refect this) and they do not move easily. This model is on display in many Best Buy stores in stainless (FFGF3051LS) and white (FFGF3021LW) if you want to take a look for yourself. Thank You, Frigidaire

QuestionHeight of Electric Range??The specs say the stainless steel electric model is 47" High. That can't be true, is it? When I viewed this unit in the store, it was nowhere near that height. (My existing electric range is 36.5" High.) Someone has posted incorrect dimensions. Even the 28 1/2" depth seems high. Can someone please advise what the correct dimensions are for this unit? Thanks...

Questionfogging on inside glass of gas ovenWhen i turn the oven on it is convection gas oven, it fogs up so bad i need to use a towel to wipe it, the water runs down the glas on the inside, after wiping it, it still fogs abit more and then eventually stops, why is that?

QuestionHow do you start the self cleaning process?

- Answer 1. Be sure the clock displays the correct time of day. 2. Press start time. The " : " in the time of day will flash. 3. Press and hold the up arrow pad to scroll to the time to start the delayed self-clean cycle. Release the pad when the desired time is displayed. 4. Press clean. “---” appears in the display. 5. Press up or down arrow pad once. “3:00” will appear in the display indicating that a 3 hour self-clean time is set. To change to a 2 hour self-clean time press down arrow once (2:00 appears in the display). (Some models) For a 4 hour self-clean time press up arrow until (4:00 appears in display). 6. "CLn" will appear in the display during the self-clean cycle and the "LOCK" light will glow until the selfcleaning cycle is complete or cancelled and the oven temperature has cooled. - Answer No pilot light. It uses electric ignition. Be careful when cleaning not to get cleaner gooped up on the ingnition point.

QuestionIs the drawer at the bottom for storage?When I viewed the stove in the store, the drawer at the bottome appeared to be a storage drawer as opposed to broiler drawer. I was shown mechanism above the top rack in the oven that was for broiling. Is this the case?
