Love the stove. Heats great, boils water fast. Oven light is great, the window on the stove never fogs up. The only thing is you set the stove to pre-heat, and example 400 degrees, it just beeps once it hits 400. It doesn't show you what its currently on. Great buy!

Just wanted to leave a link for potential buyers that would have helped me set up for install. Has all the specs for pipe and plug locations.(Would have been really nice BEFORE I installed everything in the wrong place!) http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Springfield/316259343.pdf I will leave another review after install and use.

QuestionIs setup included? also is disposal of old over included?

- Answer Delivery charge was 29.99 for my range. This included bringing the range into the kitchen. The service removed my old range from my house at my request as part of the 29.99. The service did not include connecting to the gas service or connecting to the electrical service. The range does not come with the required flexible gas conduit. The conduit is available in the store for an additional fee.

QuestionCapacity and Broiler locationFridigaire.com says broiler located in the oven and bottom drawer is a storage drawer. Also they show oven capacity at 5.0 whereas BestBuy specifications lists broiler located in the drawer (although it also says storage drawer!) and capactiy 4.2 - which is correct? I would buy this oven right now if I could be guaranteed the broiler is indeed located in the oven.

QuestionDo the steel grates slide around on this model?I just purchased a Frigidaire range and the grates are painted black on it. I'm going to return it because the grates slide around A LOT without much effort and that's pretty dangerous with hot pans and food. I'm wondering if the grates on this one are heavier duty and if the grooves that they sit in are deep enough for them not to slide around.

- Answer I'm not sure which model range that you have currently, but this model features very heavy cast iron grates (we are updating the Best Buy website to refect this) and they do not move easily. This model is on display in many Best Buy stores in stainless (FFGF3051LS) and white (FFGF3021LW) if you want to take a look for yourself. Thank You, Frigidaire

QuestionHeight of Electric Range??The specs say the stainless steel electric model is 47" High. That can't be true, is it? When I viewed this unit in the store, it was nowhere near that height. (My existing electric range is 36.5" High.) Someone has posted incorrect dimensions. Even the 28 1/2" depth seems high. Can someone please advise what the correct dimensions are for this unit? Thanks...

Question1. The power cord is NOT included? How do you get one? 2. What is BTU output of all burners?Manufacturers website listed all burners as 9,500 BTU-yours lists three burners are 9,500 and one is 12,000.

Questionfogging on inside glass of gas ovenWhen i turn the oven on it is convection gas oven, it fogs up so bad i need to use a towel to wipe it, the water runs down the glas on the inside, after wiping it, it still fogs abit more and then eventually stops, why is that?
