“Do the steel grates slide around on this model? I just purchased a Frigidaire range and the grates are painted black on it. I'm going to return it because the grates slide around A LOT without much effort and that's pretty dangerous with hot pans and food. I'm wondering if the grates on this one are heavier duty and if the grooves that they sit in are deep enough for them not to slide around.”

I'm not sure which model range that you have currently, but this model features very heavy cast iron grates (we are updating the Best Buy website to refect this) and they do not move easily. This model is on display in many Best Buy stores in stainless (FFGF3051LS) and white (FFGF3021LW) if you want to take a look for yourself. Thank You, Frigidaire
