A:Answer Using both hands, grasp the outside edges of the collection bucket at the depression just behind the front of the bucket and placing thumbs on the dehumidifier above the collection bucket, push against the dehumidifier with your thumbs while pulling the bucket towards you with your fingers. It will take a little effort, but the bucket will come out. Do not try to jerk it out, but just use a steadily increasing force pulling the bucket out.
