Q: QuestionDoes this unit vent outside or just back into the room?
Asked by tadertot.
- A:Answer This model of microwave oven/hood is designed for adaptation to three types of hood ventilation systems. RECIRCULATING — non-vented, ductless. Recirculating requires the use of the Charcoal Filter, which has already been installed in the oven. HORIZONTAL EXHAUST — outside ventilation. VERTICAL EXHAUST — outside ventilation.

Q: QuestionMicrowave installation after taking down hoodWhen installing a microwave after taking down a hood that is already there is there a concern to running the microwave on a sep circuit? I have been told 2 diff things ? Thanks
Asked by Dzb.
- A:Answer The unit runs 14.2 Amps max. Most home recepticals are run for 15 Amps so you are at the edge of tripping the breaker. If you have something else on the circuit it could cause the breaker to trip. So you don't necessarily need a dedicated circuit, unlike your refrigerator if it stops not such a huge deal.
