Q: QuestionI have to replace a frigidaire gallery microwave over the range model PLMV168KC1 which was manufactured in 2001! Would like to know if this model FGMV176NTF is suitable for installation in the same spot. The dimensions are almost the same. Thanks.

• A:Answer We had a handyman install FGMV176NTF and it fit almost perfectly in the same space. He said he had to adjust an adjoining cabinet door but all else went smoothly. So far, everything works as described. It is much quieter than the previous microwave. The end of cooking signal is loud but does not bother us.

Q: QuestionInstalled this new microwave to replace old broken one. The venting on this is terrible. Tested before install after rotating fan blades per instruction. I cannot believe this is how it's supposed to work. Any ideas? Planning to return at this point.
