QuestionWhat is the size of the box that it is shipped in? I am picking it up and need to make sure it will fit in a trunk. Thank you.

- Answer Unless you have a Hummer, or large SUV, it's not going to fit in the trunk of your car. I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu and I was able to stick it far enough into my trunk to where it did not fall out on the way home. The trunk was open nearly all the way, but I tied it down as good as possible.

QuestionI just measured my opening above the stove and it is 30". Is there some sort of trim kit that will fill in the 3 inches of leftover space from this microwave and my opening?

- Answer No trim kit is needed, this microwave fits perfectly in a 30" opening. I love this microwave.

QuestionDoes the unit have a rear exhaust and filters under the unit to clear fumes from a gas range ?

- Answer Yes, it has a top rear exhaust for outside venting. It also has a top front exhaust option. I believe that is only used if you don't have a top rear exhaust in your home, like me. But, I'm not 100% sure of that. There are two steel mesh grease filters underneath for stovetop smoke inlet, and one charcoal outlet filter on top. I'm not sure if that top filter is used if the outside vent is installed; probably not.
