However, the complete measurement from the bottom of your dispenser to the top where the contrl panel begins is 9 inches. • A:Answer Have you checked the back of the refrigerator. There might be some ice buildup. There was ice build up on ours and it was choking the waterline, which caused the water to not dispense.
