  • QuestionThe space I have for my current double wall KitchenAid oven is Depth 24 Width 25.5 Height 49 7/8. Is this Frigidaire Gallery 30" a good match for that space?

    Asked by sizing.

    • Answer Hi there, good day! Based on the dimensions you've provided for your current KitchenAid double wall oven (Height: 49 7/8", Width: 25.5", Depth: 24"), here's how the compares: Frigidaire GCWD3067AF Dimensions Height: 50 3/4" Width: 29 7/8" Depth: 25 3/16" Depth with Door Open (90°): 48 3/16" Depth with Handle: 27 3/5" Minimum Cutout Height: 48 7/8" Minimum Cutout Width: 28 1/2" Maximum Cutout Height: 50 1/4" Maximum Cutout Width: 29" Since everything fits except the width, you’ll need to widen the cabinet opening from your current 25.5" to at least 28.5" to properly fit the Frigidaire Gallery 30" double oven (GCWD3067AF). - Maico

  • QuestionAre you able to boil in the ovens?

    Asked by Laurie.

    • Answer Thank you for your inquiry. The Frigidaire Double Electric Wall Oven model GCWD3067AF is not designed for boiling. Boiling requires a cooktop or stovetop with a direct heating element, which this oven does not include. This model is excellent for baking, broiling, and roasting but does not provide the functionality needed to boil liquids. -Yhano

  • QuestionCan the timer be used on both ovens at the same time.

    Asked by GeorgiaMS.

    • Answer Yes, the menu provides separate controls for the upper and lower ovens, so each oven has it's own timer.

  • QuestionI would like to confirm if you have the option to just do regular thermal baking. I see on the pics that there is an option for "bake" and "convection bake". All the videos and write ups really don't make this point clear.

    Asked by workforbetter.

    • Answer Yes, this oven has like 10 different cooking modes, some of which are just very basic modes like a normal oven has. If you want to be able to do something like air fry in both the top and bottom oven, be sure to confirm this is possible before you buy because on some brands and models, only one oven can air fry. This particular oven (GCWD3067AF) can do all modes in both ovens, except for the modes that use the temperature probe - on this oven only the top oven can use the temperature probe.

  • QuestionCan an additional telescoping rack be installed?

    Asked by JulesM.

    • Answer Yes, you can purchase and install extra telescoping (aka rolling) racks. This double oven (GCWD3067AF) comes with one telescoping rack and 5 regular racks. The sides of the telescoping rack are about 2 inches taller than on the regular rack. So while a regular rack takes up one rack slot, the sliding rack takes up two rack slots, with the top of the telescoping rack sitting at about the height of the upper of the two rack slots. It works but it's not the most optimal design because when installed in the lowest possible position, the rack surface sits about 2 inches higher than it would be if you just used a regular rack. If you're going to go to the expense of purchasing extra racks, you might want to just spend the extra money up-front on a higher-end oven instead.... If you just want a basic oven, then this is the oven for you.

  • Questionwhat does "total" convection mean?

    Asked by Carick.

    • Answer There is no heating element. It only uses hot air to cook.

  • QuestionDo both ovens have a telescopic rack?

    Asked by Patti.

    • Answer no, on this model (GCWD3067AF) you only get 1 telescoping rack, and 5 regular racks. All racks can be installed in either the top or bottom oven. Because the telescoping rack sits about 2 inches higher than a regular rack and takes up 2 rack slots, you probably don't want to buy an extra telescoping rack.
