Hello, The burner knobs on this model are not plastic. The knobs are a combination of brushed and polished metal. Thank you.

The Best Buy model does not have probe, griddle or the number 1-9 on the keypad. I was told the one Best Buy is selling is a strip down version of the same model on Frigidaire's website.
