QuestionBTUs for LP ConversionWe are looking at purchasing this stove but know that the BTUs advertised are for Natural Gas and not LP. What are the burner BTUs (for each burner) when this stove is converted to LP?

- Answer Thank you for your inquiry. When converting to LP, the burner BTUs will vary slightly depending on size of burner. See LP BTU rating below: RF: 16,000 BTU RR: 5,000 BTU LF: 9,500 BTU LR: 14,000 BTU Oval or Center burner: 9,500 BTU We hope this information proves to be of assistance. QuestionDepthMy door is only 29" wide. Will this fit? I am assuming since the depth of the unit is 28.5" this should be fine? Does the depth include the handle? If so, can I detach? Thanks!

- Answer Hi Lisa- Great question! The dimensions of the stove are approx. 29.5”, including the handle. The door is removable to provide more clearance when entering into the door way and the installers should know how to remove the door, if necessary. We hope this information is of assistance.

QuestionAre the knobs Stainless Steel or Plastic with SS coating?Hi, The store model has stainless steel color knobs. Are they real stainless steel or Plastic with Stainless Steel coating? I could not find a 3042 model in Frigidaire site. Is this model discontinued or is there an equivalent model in Frigidaire site? Thank you!

QuestionAbout the knobs and the touchpad?The pictures show stainless knobs, but the later pictures show black....which is it? Also the touchpad shows number 1-9, but the later pictures show no numbers. Which stove is this, as the pictures are conflicting?

- Answer The one pictured online is different than the one in the store. The one in the store has stainless knobs, doesn't have the number 1-9 keypad, had no griddle or probe.

- Answer Season as you would a cast iron skillet. Generously rub with cooking oil, bake in the oven at 300 for 20 minutes

- Answer 1. Be sure the clock displays the correct time of day. 2. Press "Start Time." The " : " in the time of day will flash. 3. Press and hold the "up arrow" pad to scroll to the time to start the delayed Self-Clean cycle. Release the pad when the desired time is displayed. 4. Press "self clean". “---” appears in the display. 5. Press the up or down pad once. “3:00” will appear in the display indicating that a 3 hour self-clean time is set. To change to a 2 hour self-clean time press down arrow once (2:00 appears in the display). 6. "CLn" will appear in the display during the self-clean cycle and the "LOCK" light will glow until the selfcleaning cycle is complete or cancelled and the oven temperature has cooled. Questiondid not receive offset rack with oven, how do I get thisAccording to one answer given, there should have been an offset rack with my new oven. There was not. I can not get anybody with Frigidaire to inform me of where I can get this. I feel that is should have come with my oven.

- Answer When using the oven I'm not 100% impressed with it.. It does ok. But I need someone to come out and calibrate it.. I've had better gas ovens.. The convection you have to pick and choose what's best to use the convection for..
