A:AnswerFrom the floor to the top of the pullout drawer is about 10 inches; however, the height that you can actually have items reach is only about 4 1/2 inches high. This is absolutely the worst feature of this stove. We got about 1/2 of the items in this one that we had in the stove it replaced, which was very disappointing. Had we known this, we wouldn’t have purchased this model.

A:AnswerI just got my range about 3 weeks ago and am experiencing the same - on regular bake. It’s extremely annoying, sounds like an old car idling off and on, off and on. And I agree, louder than microwave. Considering a return. Best Buy has offered to replace it (no guarantee next one would be any quieter) or upgrading (I pay difference). A friend has KitchenAid with same features and fan is super quiet.
