Q: QuestionHello, what is the temperature range of this unit from the coldest to the warmest? I'm looking for a fridge that can maintain a steady temperature of 64 to 75 F. The temperature of my living space is around 74 F.

Q: QuestionCan I put this inside a bar cabinet or does it have to be freestanding?

• A:Answer This unit cools by means of a thermo-electric cooling module. It requires adequate clearance for ventilation as there is a cooling fan located on the rear of the unit. It is not designed to be enclosed in a bar cabinet.

Q: QuestionThe minimum temperature stated in the specs is 38F but my unit can't be set below 46F.

• A:Answer From the User Manual: This thermoelectric unit is designed to be a portable storage container for cold drinks and cold food in "COLD" mode. The unit cools 20-28 F below rooms ambient temperature depending upon environment. Note the digital temperature listed on the thermometer does not reflect the actual temperature of the unit inside. Please set your target temperature on the display to reflect your desired inside temperature but keep in mind the temperature shown will not necessarily reflect the temperature on the inside of the unit. Press button for 5 seconds to adjust ON and OFF. Unit is set up at Fahrenheit. Press button for 5 seconds to change it as Celsius degrees

Q: QuestionHow do you change the Temp read out from Celsius to Fahrenheit???

• A:Answer Hold down the temp down button for 5 seconds to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Holding the temp up for 5 seconds will turn on/off the unit. No manual available anywhere online I know, your welcome. Found mine on the street btw FREAKIN LOVE IT!

Q: QuestionOn the overview, the installation notes say, "Due to being a thermoelectric unit, the unit can not be placed in a warm room." Please quantify "warm room." I keep my house at 75 deg F. Too warm?

• A:Answer 75 house temperature is okay. The 20 degree thermoelectric differential would put your cans at about 55 deg. Less cold than a refrigerator, but cool. Many fancy beers for instance are best consumed in the 50 degree range, for maximum aroma and taste. For better results, place fridge where it is cooler, low to the ground or in a basement room.

• A:Answer Set the temperature to the lowest it will go. Thermoelectric coolers like this are designed to run quiet and require little energy. As a result they only cool to 20 degrees cooler than room temperature. The Frigidaire Wine Cooler in a 72 degree house would cool soda cans to 52 degrees. Cool but not ice cold.
