• Yes the dash mount comes with certain models. Check the contents in box before purchasing. Mine came with one.

• Not unless you have a smooth dash. You get a better view if you mount it close to the rear view mirror. You can get a mounting disk that you stick to the dash. It has a adhesive side to stick to the dash and a smooth side for the suction cup on the mount.

• No, this unit only comes with the windshield suction cup mount.

• If you have a smooth surface to attach the suction cup that would work. If not you'd have to figure out something to attach it to. The camera has a wide field of vision so the video should be OK with it mounted on the dash.
