No. This dash cam does not have any provision for a second camera. You would need to buy two units, and find a way to get power back to the rear of the vehicle.

You would also need to provide power to the second unit. I haven't tested it to see how long the battery lasts, but I wouldn't want to take the chance of it going dead just before I needed to record something.
