QuestionI live in Australia. Do I have to pay extra for purchasing Australia maps ? For any Garmin model ? Which Garmin models have Australia maps loaded at purchase in Australia ?

- Answer I have purchased a Garmin in Melbourne and it came pre- loaded with Australian maps and lifetime update to Australian maps. I don't think you can buy a Garmin in the USA that comes pre- loaded with Aussie maps only USA or USA and Canada. But you can download and add Australian maps after purchase.

- Answer Garmin recommends not operating the device outside of the following temperature range: from -4°F to 131°F (from -20°C to 55°C).

- Answer This model doesn’t include any truck specific routing. The Garmin dēzl™ series includes detailed maps for North America that also include truck-related restrictions – like bridge heights, sharp curves, weight limits and more – and related information for most major roads and highways.

- Answer No, Garmin does not recommend using anything other than a zumo device on a motorcycle. The Speak Plus is not water resistant and has not been vibration tested for use on a motorcycle.

- Answer Yes, City Navigator® South America maps can be purchased and added to this device. There are two options for adding these maps to this device: Purchase a pre-programmed microSD™/SD™ Card or Purchase downloadable maps to be installed with the Garmin Express program. If you choose to download the maps, a micro SD card will be needed. The size of card needed for additional mapping is from 8GB SD up to a 32GB card.
