QuestionWill this unit work if you don't stick it to the windshield and does this unit allow you to talk to it to tell it your destination or do you have to enter the address manually?

- Answer As with ANY GPS, the better look at the sky (this the satellites), the better it will work. Inside a meatball vehicle can cause inaccurate positioning reporting. Looking thru the windshield is your best option, unless you can add an outside antenna. You can talk to the GPS all you want, but it won’t do anything. An iPhone with Siri can listen and do what you want.

- Answer I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean does it tell you what lane to be in before a turn,yes, it is automatic as long as you have voice navigation enabled. It is on by default. If you mean, does it tell you when you are wandering out of your lane, no.

- Answer Yes. You'll likely need to order it on a micro sd card, or put it on one. From Garmin it comes as part of Europe and costs $100. You can get free maps from Openstreetmap https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin/Download if you know a bit about how the garmin works.
