• No but older ones will work if you have from a previous Garmin

• This version of the Forerunner 15 does not include a heart rate monitor. We do manufacture a bundle for the Forerunner 15 which includes a heart rate monitor, so if that's a feature you're interested in, then keep an eye out for that bundle. -JPK

• It is packaged both ways. Just read the title to see if it is included. A clue is that it is more than the non-HRM version. :-)
