“Can the gps feature be left on 24/7 and used as an elderly trackerin the event of them getting lost?”

• The Forerunner 25 is not designed to have the GPS feature on all of the time. It does not have the ability to directly transmit a GPS location to track someone that is lost. It is designed to use the GPS to how pace and distance while running/walking and show a map of where you traveled after stop and sync the activity.

• Unfortunately, I don't know for certain, but my guess would be "no" because it runs on a battery and it requires a signal...sorry I couldn't be more help.
