Q: QuestionCan this microwave be mounted under an upper kitchen cabinet? Basically between underside of an upper cabinet & then a space & then the counter.

• A:Answer This microwave is a countertop one. It requires space above it for ventilation as well as space on each side. Also, due to the size, you would have to have a lot of space between the bottom of the microwave & the countertop. Due to owning this model & reading the instructions, I do not recommend mounting. It would be best to purchase one that is made for mounting. I hope you find this helpful.

• A:Answer The best I figured out is when you open the door it gives you options, one is for reheating. It asks what you are heating and you hit that number. Then you have the option of 1, 2 or 3 for length, select one of them and you are on your way. I have not figured out the length of time but it will show you when it starts so you can stop and change the length. I also did not receive a manual so it is indeed a go as you learn game.

Q: QuestionHad a ge 4 in 1 in use for a day. When I have something in the microwave on convection, it runs for a while then says FOOD. I open the door, and hit start and it says H0:00. I can restart by putting the temp in again, but the same thing happens.
