QuestionPlace in a cabinetwe made a cabinet during our kitchen remodel in which we want to place this in (to clarify, I'm not talking about mounting under cabinet) - but rather sit inside a cabinet. Our cabinet size is 23.5"Wx15.5"HX17.5"D, would this fit in well? Any specific guidelines/clearance we must be aware of? Thanks - Anil

QuestionIf the item being microwaved calls for 1100 wattage and your microwave is 1000 wattage, does that change the cooking time?

- Answer Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. Most microwave cooking directions list the cooking time as a span like 6-8 minutes. We always recommend heating for the shortest time and then add time as needed to achieve the desired results. QuestionI've bought a couple microwaves in which the stated depth would fit where I want to put it. However, the back of the oven actually protrudes out another 1-2 inches. Can someone tell me if that's the case with this one? A pic would be great.

QuestionWe bought this model last month - JES1145SHSS. We primarily reheat or defrost food with our microwave. How do you reheat with this model? It has to have that option, but there is no button. If we can't reheat food in it, we'll need to get another brand.

- Answer Picked one up last month April 2020 , looks nice. What I do is press the 30 sec reheat button 2-4 times = 60 seconds or 2 minutes to warm. Does Not warm up food very well IMO . Seems slow to do so. Also kinda small iside of cooking area? The other problem I have is at age 59 I can't see or read the Display area? Needs a Backlight. I have to actually have On the kitchen lights to read it. Bad design and too much trouble to return and exchange it IMO $100+ , see if it last and get a new one when needed ,
