QuestionI am on my second GE II Space saver and would like to purchase a third replacement. Does the current design allow for me to use the under cabinet mounting bracket that the last 2 used? Same model, size, etc. Thank you.

- Answer Hello- Thanks so much for reaching out and checking with us. This particular model is a countertop only model. It doesn't have the option to install it underneath your cabinet. Check out the following model that can be installed underneath your cabinet. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ge-profile-series-1-1-cu-ft-mid-size-microwave-with-sensor-cooking-stainless-steel/2557267.p?skuId=2557267 The undercabinet hanging kit is JXA019K which is probably the kit you have. QuestionThe photo of the microwave model jes1657bmts, shows sensor cooking buttons. Yet in the specs. section it says "NO" to sensor cooking. Which one is it ?

- Answer We certainly understand where you're coming from with this and are so sorry for any confusion that's been caused. Not all convenience pads are "sensor" pads. This microwave has "Instant-On" convenience options that have set times for Beverage, Popcorn, etc. rather than relying on a humidity sensor to tell it when to turn off. QuestionI have a Whirlpool Microwave RHM1870 that I am looking to replace. The overall dimensions are 15 X 25.This fits into cabinet. Overall dimensions are slightly bigger in additional samples that were provided. Can you help me drill down to what I need.

- Answer Hi! Thanks for asking. This model does not have a trim kit associated with it and thus, can't be installed into a cutout space. It is only able to be installed on a countertop. For a countertop microwave to be able to be built into surrounding cabinetry, it needs a trim kit. If a model has a trim kit available, it will be shown in the specifications. Hope this is helpful! QuestionRegarding the depth of microwave, is the entire case 17 3/4' deep or is that just a hump in the middle that sticks out the farthest? I have less depth on the right side, my older GE microwave fit perfect because it was deeper in the middle. Thanks!
