- Answer Hi! Thanks for reaching out. We'd be happy to help. We really think you'll like model PEB7227ANDD. While this model is dark gray, it does have several different finishes for its trim kits that you can choose from. This helps it to blend with the other appliances in your kitchen. The Stainless Steel trim kits can be found by searching for part numbers: JX7227SLSS and JX7230SLSS. The new model can only be built in, it's not recommend to install this unit on a countertop. - However, if you're wanting a countertop model, this one might be what you're looking for: PEM31SFSS. QuestionCan the surface light - the light underneath, be programmed to turn on/off at a certain time....like on at 6am and off at 6pm?

QuestionMicrowave start when I. close the door ,without touching any buttons. What could be the problem?

- Answer Hi Willie, thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this, we know that this must be frustrating for you. If the microwave starts as soon as the door is closed, the microwave isn't really starting; the fan is coming on in anticipation of the unit starting. Try shutting the door firmly three times to avoid the fan sound in future use. We hope that this helps! All the best. -Michael

QuestionWhat is the exact height of the mounting bracket? I need to make sure it will fit between the bottom of the existing cabinet and the top of the installed backsplash tile.

- Answer Hi Dan, Great question! While we do not have the exact measurements of the mounting bracket, as long as the cutout height is 16-1/2" you will be able to install your unit.
