“Hello. Our Over-the-Range Microwave stopped working. I am hoping to use the same brackets. It is also mounted between cabinets and I need a same size microwave. Our existing unit is a GE model JVM1750SP1SS. It appears this model had been discontinued.”

We had a 10 year old GE microwave and this used the same mounting brackets, it just went right in.

Each microwave comes with the mounting hardware (mounting bracket, screws, exhaust adapter), top and rear templates, and installation instructions. NOTE: When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model. The new screws, bolts, and exhaust adapter should also be used.
