The JES2051SNSS model is only built-in capable with certain trim kits and is primarily a countertop model; it would not be approved for use with your existing trim kit. The trim kits come in either a 27" or 30" option and are purchased separately. Using the trim kit that is compatible with the microwave is important for ventilation, so if you are wanting to use an existing trim kit for a newer model, this is only recommended if the two models are designed to already use the same trim kit. This information is available on our GE website if you search for the model number; the trim kit it's compatible with is listed under 'Specs & Details'. We would also recommend checking the cut-out opening your microwave is in, to make sure the dimensions for the new unit and trim kit will match. As your current microwave has a capacity of 2.2 cu. ft., you may want to try looking for one with a matching capacity if you want to match the trim kit.
