QuestionWhere does the lint go if there is no connection to an outside vent?

- Answer It goes down the drain pipe based on what I can tell, which hasn't been a problem, but there is sort of a small trap that does need to be checked after every few washes. This requires a small container nearby to collect water that needs to be emptied out of a small hose. Usually less than a quart or so. Whenever I check it, there's only ever a few loose threads or bits of fabric.

QuestionCan you set a wash and dry cycle in the beginning so you don’t have to return until both cycles are done?

- Answer Hi WorkyMan, thanks so much for your question! Yes you can! After setting the wash cycle for the unit, Set the dry cycle by pressing the Dry pad. The unit will automatically run Auto Dry after the wash cycle is complete. You can also set the Dry pad to Off to run a wash only cycle. More information about using the unit can be found on page 6 of your Use and Care Manual. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael

- Answer Hi Autumn, thanks for reaching out! This unit uses condenser drying technology. This enables installation and use without a vent, but loads take approximately 1.5 times longer to dry than a traditional vented dryer. You would not be able to add a vent to this unit based on what is written in the installation instructions. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael

QuestionIn reference to this machine i understand that there a reversible door opening (left or right). The salesaman did not ask me which direction i wanted the door to be. Is it something is done at installation? Please advise. Thank you.

- Answer Average wash is about 1 hour. Average dry is about 2 hours. But one can set shorter periods.

This movement is normal. We recommend making sure your washer is level. If you would like to change the temperature of your dryer, you will need to press the "Dry" button on your unit's control panel. The temperature selections available are as follows: Normal, Low, Tumble, and Off.
