• A:Answer You don’t need an agitator. All the new machines are being built without them. I just got my little machine like you are searching for and there is no agitator, but boy does it takes care of washing the clothes! The plumbing installer says it runs on magnets. He was super impressed. Here are some pictures of the machine. At Best Buy they deliver and you have 15 days to try it out. If you aren’t happy, they will pick it up 15 days later!

Q: QuestionCloths are wet after the spin cycle . I tried moving the washer after all the cleaning is done to check the drain tube for kinks and it feels like there is water somewhere in the machine but the tub itself is dry. Has been happening since last week.

Q: QuestionMy last attempt at using a compact washer failed because of excessive vibration. It was a front load. Does this top load have vibration problems? It will be installed on a second floor wood floor where an old agitator washer was used without problems.

• A:Answer Hi Lark, thanks for reaching out! Unlike our full sized washers, this unit can be carried, if need be, to another area. This would need to be done while the unit is not actively washing. This model is meant to be stationary and does not come with wheeled casters or a unicouple adapter for connecting to a sink. If you're wanting to hook this unit up to a sink, we'd recommend purchasing the portable version of this unit, one with casters and the unicouple adapter so you will receive everything you need to hook it up properly to a sink. The model number for the portable version of this unit is: GNW128PSM - For that portable model, the adapter fits on a standard kitchen faucet. It has two threads, one on outside and one on inside. The diameters are 55/65, and 15/16. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael
