Q: QuestionHow does it vent? Doesn’t it need a little space for for circulation? I think my contractor boxed it in too tight.

• A:Answer Hi Kathy, Yes, there would need to be some space around the refrigerator in order for it to have proper air circulation. 1/8" up to 1" inch of clearance on each side. 1" on the top (this is above the case, not the hinge). 1" to 2" in the back. We do not rate the sound level of our refrigerators or freezers, which means we are unable to provide a decibel level while they are running. • A:Answer Hi Jim - The process for changing the filter varies by filter type (MWF/XWF). When replacing MWF, slowly turning it to the left. Do not pull down on the cartridge. A small amount of water may drip down.
