QuestionDo I have to use wireless to control the dishwasher? Does it come with control buttons (push buttons) if so where are they?

- Answer Hi there, and thanks for your interest in this dishwasher! While this model has the option to use WiFi if you utilize the U+ Connect Module (which is available under part number PBX23W00Y0 if you'd like to set it up), WiFi is not necessary to control the dishwasher. It does have a control panel with push buttons, which is located at the top of the door. If you need further information about using the control panel and buttons, your manual does have instructions on using the unit and is available online if you search our GE website with your model number. - Answer Hello- We appreciate you checking with us and are happy to help! The top of the dishwasher is intended to be a light-duty working or storage surface when the dishwasher is not in use. Light weight items, such as paper, are completely acceptable to leave on top of the unit when it is not in operation. While in operation, we suggest removing items from the this top since they are subjected to the vibrations of the dishwasher’s function and may be prone to moving / falling off the dishwasher. - Answer When I got mine the casters were not installed but it only took a minute to install them. Best Buy would have to give you an official answer on your second question but I imagine the delivery guys wouldn't mind helping with that. It's super quick and simple.

- Answer you dont know, you cannot see the instrument panel to tell if it is finished. you just have to open it to determine if it is finished. otherwise, when it is finished, it shuts off on its own.

QuestionAre the cord and hoses retractable when not in use?

- Answer On the one I own, the cord retracts fully, but the hoses do not retract fully. The hoses have a twist that prevents them from retracting fully. However, since there are so few manufacturers of portable dishwashers, beggars can't be choosey. This Portable works far better than the Whirlpool Portable that I got rid of. I had it for over two years and had repairmen work on it at least 10 times. The darn thing just kept refusing to drain out properly. It was a piece of junk.

- Answer I cut the ends off the hoses and bought hose clamps and adapters from Home Depot in plumbing area and it was quick and easy to connect it like a regular dishwasher to disposal hook up

- Answer I had to pay extra for the Best Buy delivery men to take the old one away. However, my old one was a portable, I don't know about a built-in.
