“can you tell me exactly how high the dryer vent is on the back and where it is located relative to the middle of the unit. I am installing a vent The reason is because I am building a house and need to know exactly where the vent is regarding height and if it is off center on the back. This is needed because I need to vent it out of the house and the room that it is in is in front of a shower, so it has to be vented above the shower and it is important to know exactly where the back vent is on the machine”

The dryer vent is centered in the middle of the unit. Above the washer and just below the dryer on the back. The whole W/D unit has to be about 8-10 inches from the wall to accommodate the bend in the dryer hose from the unit and at the vent. The water hoses it comes with are not high pressure hoses so you might purchase those ahead of the install. I happened to have them attached to the old washer I had so they reused them..
