Questiondoes this dryer have a cool function? We airdry most laundry then put it on a cool dry cycle for 20 minutes to remove dust.

- Answer Hello there - Great question! This unit's dryer does not have a cool function. This model has Quick Fluff, which is a timed cycle with no heat. This cycle gives excellent results when tumbling pillows, comforters, etc. No heat is used - only room temperature air is circulated through the dryer. QuestionI’m confused by the depth requirements. If there is a 4 inch space with the overhang, why do you need additional space to side vent. Will the dryer still be up against the wall? I only have 31” of depth but probably can’t make it fit if I need 34”.

- Answer Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the confusion. For side venting, 3 additional inches of room depth are needed versus the unit depth shown in the specifications. The vent needs to go down first and then to the left or to the right. Consequently, you will need 34" of depth overall which includes the elbow needed to side vent. - Answer Hi - Your model offers load sensing and adaptive fill to provide just the right amount of water for best performance and low water usage. The wash basket will turn briefly and assess the weight of the load. It will also do this after the load is saturated with water to assess how absorbent the load is and will add additional water if needed. - Answer Hello, thank you for your question. The weight of this unitized washer/dryer with a load of laundry in the washer is highly dependent on how much laundry is being washed and what settings have been selected as that will determine how much water is added. The base weight of this unit is 249.0lbs if you would like to try and calculate an approximate weight with your average loads of laundry. We hope this helps! -Chris@GEA

- Answer Hi there! We're happy to hear from you and would love to share more about this laundry center. The exhaust can be directed upward towards the ceiling. We suggest keeping the recommended venting lengths on page 13 of the manual in mind. Venting upwards will also prevent the appliance from being pushed back against the wall so extra room will be needed when considering the depth. QuestionHi I’m trying to find the detergent dispenser. I see the fabric softener dispenser in the agitator and the bleach dispenser in the lip but I can’t find the receptacle for detergent. Am I missing something?

QuestionI'm trying to run my first load with the washer and it doesn't go past agitating in the washing cycle. This went on for 30 min before manually turning on drain/spin cycle. Medium load/bulky item setting.

- Answer Thanks for answering my question. The machine wasn't on top of hose and it only sits 3 ft off the ground. So I did a reset method I found online - unplugging unit for 1 min, within 15 seconds of plugging back in open/close door 6 times - which reset the unit and worked properly after that.

- Answer Hi, Thanks for reaching out to us! We always enjoy hearing from interested customers and we'd love to help with your question. Unitized washer dryer units only have one power cord. There is not a separate cord for the washer and the dryer. This model should be connected to a dedicated 120/240V or 120/208V 30-amp time-delay fuse or circuit breaker. The 240/208V will power the dryer, and the unit internally steps it down to 110/120V for the washer. The power cord can be purchased separately and should adhere to your local electrical codes.
