Hope you called GE service and they were able to help. If not, check your circuit. This happened to me over a month ago and the switch was turned off. When I switched it back on it started draining and worked just fine after. I do not know the cause of it yet. I was told it may possibly be the sensor lid or the electrical of my apt complex.
