Hello Rooks - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and we are sorry to hear that your clothes are not rinsing and spinning. For safety purposes, please disconnect power to the washer prior to performing any type of maintenance. All rinses are performed in cold water. Please check that the cold water is supply turned on and that the hose screen is not clogged. If this does not help, please contact GE Factory Service at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance.
