Hi there, The first thing you can check is to double check and make sure that the Auto Soak setting is not on. This would cause your washer to leave the clothes to sit in the water for a determined about of time. If this is the case then you would simply need to wait for the duration and the washer should start like normal. However, if you are certain that the setting is not on, this may be normal operation.
