Q: QuestionDoes this washer have a real rinse cycle? My current washing machine just crapped out so, I need a new one. I have hated it since we bought it because the rinse cycle just sprays water on the clothes. It doesn't fill up the basket with water and agitate.
Asked by WashingMachineHunter.
- A:Answer I did not know that before buying it, but it does just spray water on the clothes instead of filling up the basket when rinsing.

Q: Questionwhat is covered by the warranty?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The limited manufacturer’s warranty lasts for a year from the purchase date, and would apply to any part of the washer that fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship. During the warranty, labor and related service to replace a defective part will be free of charge, as long as the issue falls under the warranty coverage. There is also a ten year warranty for the motor specifically, if it fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship. During that additional limited warranty, the consumer would be responsible for labor or service related costs. More details regarding the warranty are available on page 29 of the manual, which you can view on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page.

Q: QuestionHow high does The Drainpipe have to BE? I purchased a Washer from another Vendor, Supposed to Be Professional Install and to this Day I CAN'T Use it to its Full Potential because The Drainpipe HAS to BE at least The Same Height as The Washer.
Asked by Beaver.
- A:Answer There is a standard height. Thinking 42", but pipe size/diameter, is suppose to be 2" not 1-1/2", so plumbers code book for correct measurements plesse. Snake out the drain possibly too. Has to have a trap at base of stand pipe , hope this helps!
