Q: Questionmy understanding is if you hold the DEEP FILL button at the beginning for 3 seconds is this will fill it to the top of the tub with water? does it also fill to the top for the rinse when DEEP FILL is pushed?

Q: QuestionMy washing machine is barely a month old and only worked correctly maybe 3 times. It would be completely off balance during the spin cycle which we ended up figuring out why but now it just repeats the spin cycle over and over again. How can I fix this?

Q: QuestionHas anyone had any issues with the spin cycle on this unit? Is there any kind of uncomon trick to engage the spin cycle...... The unit fills, agitates and drains but no spinning, so clothes come out clean but soaking wet..

• A:Answer The machine gits out of balance very easy. It ads water and try's spin cycle again. Cloths come out wetter than a traditional washing machine.

• A:Answer Yes it is HE. The wash cycle will depend on wich settings you are using. For example, on Normal, it takes about 30 minutes.
