QuestionWhen the washer has finished the cycle, I find the clothes have too much water in them which means it would take forever to dry. I have been using the drain and spin option to get rid of some of the water, but I don't think I should have to do this.

QuestionDo you have to press deep fill for every load or will the washer remember the deep fill preference?

QuestionI just purchased this washer and it does not have a fabric softener dispenser. How should the softener be added?

- Answer I use a Downy ball. You fill it w fabric softener and drop it in on top of the clothes. During the spin cycle, it dispenses. A Downy ball can be purchased at Walmart or Target.
