- Answer Hi Tomt- These models are not the same. JBS360RMSS has a our new Sensi-Temp Technology Coil Burners. Enjoy the same cooking power as a traditional coil with an added safety feature that meets the new UL858 Household Electric Ranges Standard for Safety. Starting in 2018, UL regulation requires all coil top ranges to have temperature limiting capabilities to reduce the risk of cooktop oil and grease fires. As a result, GE Appliances electric coil burners now use Sensi-Temp Technology. QuestionHello, I bout this last May and the four burners are not heating up, its causing food not to cook or take too long to be ready. What could be the problem? I did not buy a warranty, can I reach out to the manufacturer?

- Answer You should and look up the manufacture warranty. Also in Michigan i have DTE as my electric and gas provider and i have the appliance service plan and they really do send out licenced appliance repair people to fix items. I pay $35/mo for the plan.
