Q: QuestionThe broiler elements are at the very bottom; so when the oven is on would the heat from the broiler elements also make the kitchen floor dangerously hot? Is the kitchen floor safe from heat when the oven is operating? Please explain why it is safe.

• A:Answer Yes it does but I have Total Tech through Best Buy to cover it. A lot easier to deal with Best Buy than the manufacturer on anything. I suggest buying the Total Tech coverage through Best Buy. It has saved me a ton of money and hassle when something has an issue.
