A:Answerwell I disagree in that the broiler is more useful, It also is more economical and the drawers were always dirt collectors, noisy to use and water space.

A:AnswerHello- Thanks so much for your interest. This is a great range that offers the Steam Clean option (this is sometimes called a Light Self Clean option) for easily cleaning small spills using water and a lower cleaning temperature than a Self-Clean cycle. The racks can be left in the oven when using the Steam Clean option. The steam will loosen soil on the racks as well as the oven interior. The soil can then be wiped off the oven interior and racks using a cloth dampened with warm, soapy water. The Steam Clean option is quicker and cooler than using the Self-Clean cycle. When the oven is cool, wipe up any excess grease or soil from the oven.
Pour 1 cup of water in the center of the oven floor.
Close the oven door.
Press the Steam Clean pad once or press the Self / Steam Clean pad twice.
Wait 30 minutes for the cycle to end. The control panel will display a count down.
Wipe out any moisture and food soil that is remaining. We hope this is helpful. If you have any additional questions, please let us know. Thank you! Joyce@GEA
A:AnswerThanks for reaching out about this. We're happy to offer some insight. In the case of a power outage, you can light the surface burners on your electric ignition gas range using a match. Hold a lighted match next to the burner, then turn the knob to the low position. Please be sure to use extreme caution when lighting the burners this way. Let us know if you need anything else, we're happy to help! Take care, Kelsey@GEA
A:AnswerDobyou know it after the install they set the oven to 350 and let it run for 40 mins?? You need to do this before you actually use it the 1st time to clear the factory paint and oils out....it will smoke a little the first time it's used.
