QuestionCan I exchange the aluminum griddle to the Reversible Cast Iron Grill/Griddle WB31X24998. The sales told me that it was cast iron. It’s still within the 14-day period. I cannot use aluminum cookware for health reason.

- Answer Thanks for reaching out about this. We're happy to offer some insight. In the case of a power outage, you can light the surface burners on your electric ignition gas range using a match. Hold a lighted match next to the burner, then turn the knob to the low position. Please be sure to use extreme caution when lighting the burners this way. QuestionI recently purchased a home that came with this stove. I put a pan of food in the oven and the oven began to smoke and the smoke looked like it was coming from the steam area. Can someone tell me why the oven began to smoke at 350 and only in a few mins?

- Answer Dobyou know it after the install they set the oven to 350 and let it run for 40 mins?? You need to do this before you actually use it the 1st time to clear the factory paint and oils out....it will smoke a little the first time it's used.

QuestionNot sure how to word this, but my gas stub out comes up from the floor, does the oven have any cut out on the back to allow for a floor stub out or would I have to re route the gas lline? its out 3 inches from back wall and is up 4.5 from floor.

- Answer It does not have a cut out but you should be able to slide it under the range. I have a very similar setup with my gas line and I was able to run a flexible line off the stub to the range and then push the range all the way back to the wall flush without any issues. Hope it helps.

QuestionInterested in getting a white range, but I’m concerned that things like red pasta sauce or curry will stain the surface of the cooktop. Has anyone had this issue, or does the cooktop have some kind of coating to prevent stains?
