Yes, the compatible center grate is JXGRATE1. The range comes equipped with a non-stick griddle that only has a flat side. It does not have a ridged grill. -- You can purchase the compatible reversible grill/griddle JXGRILL1 which is cast iron. It offers both a smooth griddle on one side and a ridged griddle on the other. Both can be purchased on the Best Buy website. Lauren@GEAppliances
