- Answer The detergent/softener tray needs to be pulled out and cleaned, about every four months or you will have this issue.

QuestionI thought I read a few things that said this has smart dispense for softener also . I see one place to softener I thought that was single load dispense . called GE 2 people there didn't know and said to see manual which I already checked says nothing? .

- Answer GE decided they would chose when you can "request" more water on particular cycles. The wash cycle you are using does not allow that feature.

- Answer From the ground to the bottom of the door is like 9¾" on each. If you have them stacked its 9¾" to the bottom of the washer door and 49" from the ground to the dryer door

QuestionI swear i saw where the lights inside the washer and dryer were neon blue. Am i losing it or does mine just come with plain white lights? I thought the blue light was so cool looking but maybe i dreamt it. Haha.
