Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Per the owner's manual, stainless steel and aluminum are good (unless the stainless steel is painted with enamel. Cast iron, glass-ceramic, and stoneware should be avoided.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, Thanks for asking! We're glad you're considering this model and we're here to help. For the cooktop of this range we recommend using stainless steel aluminum, cookware with a copper bottom or cookware with enamel (painted) on cast iron. We do not recommend using Enamel (painted) on Steel, Glass Ceramic, Stoneware or Cast-Iron (without enamel coating on bottom). Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a nice day! -Sylvia@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Joel! I have not used the stove as of yet, but with any stove you want to make sure it is oven safe. I have never put any kind of fry pan in my stoves. If this is what you want I would contact GE to be sure. I haven't even looked thru my manual yet as I use oven safe cookware. Hope this helps! Catt
