“While preheating, the oven does not show the current temperature. For example, I set the oven temperature at 360 degrees, and it shows ‘preheat’ up until it reaches the 360 degrees. This means I do not see temperature climbing. Is this normal?”

• No according to our new unit you can watch the temperatures rise
