Q: Questionwhat is the difference between this model and the other GE cafe model that costs about $900 more?

• A:Answer Hello nena, Thanks so much for reaching out. We're happy to help. There are quite a few differences between the two models so we will provide some of the major differences. The GE model has a center grate accessory while the Cafe model has a grill accessory. The cooking system of the Cafe model is true convection while the GE model has convection only on the lower oven. Q: QuestionThe description says that the second oven does not have a convection setting, but the controls on the range say "conv bake" and "conv roast". Please advise.

Convection cooking modes use increased air circulation to improve performance. The type of benefit depends on the mode. Your lower oven has the following convection cooking modes: Bake and Roast.
