QuestionHas the issue w/ latches breaking been resolved? I bought this set on 12/2/20. Delivered on 1/8/21 the dryer had a dent, door latch was broken. They took it back and reordered. #2 dryer delivered 3/26/21 with broken latch. 3rd dryer ETA 4/31/21. WAITING

- Answer I'll second this...been waiting for the white to return to stock after buying the washer in November. Not looking promising, despite other big box stores showing it as in stock now. May have to go elsewhere, unfortunately.

QuestionDoes this come with a place to connect a duct directly on the rear (like a part that protrudes from the back of the dryer)? Or is there a different component that has to be connected within the dryer that that then sticks out for duct connection?

- Answer Hi Joe, thanks very much for your question! We'd be happy to help you out. There are instructions on how to exhaust your dryer located on page 25 of your installation instructions. Those instructions, for standard rear venting, begin with: Slide the end of the exhaust duct on the back of the dryer and secure with duct tape or a hose clamp. There is not a part that protrudes from the rear of the dryer for venting by default. We hope that this information helps! - Answer It should be an option when you’re setting up delivery during your order. Otherwise, go into the store to order it and they ask you right there as they do it.

- Answer Hello- Thanks so much for checking with us. We are happy to help! We recommend checking your house receptacle and see if it is a 3 or 4 prong outlet before purchasing the cord. The dryer power cord kit is not provided with dryer because some homes have a 3 prong outlet and some homes have a 4 prong outlet. Please be sure to purchase a 120/240V, 30A cord. QuestionI am so confused, so this dryer doesn't come with a power cord. If so, why do you need to purchase another?

- Answer It does not come with power cord. Gray cord is a 2-phase 240v, and the black is 3-phase 240v, it all depends on your powersource outlet. So 2-phase will have 3 prongs and 3-phase will have 4 prongs.

Questionhow do you increase sound for end of cycle? I can hardly hear it. My dryer is stacked would that dull the sound?
